About me.....

​Working full time as an Analytical Hypnotherapist and Psycotherapist. I hold my practice from home in Rainham in Kent helping both adults and children.

I am an accredited, qualified, experienced and professional in practice since 2014, I continue to attend regular training and supervison this is to ensure I provide the very highest of service standards. I am fully insured and a member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council.

​

I am passionate about mental heath having seen first hand through my own life experiences, I understand how debilitating and devistating mental illness can effect a person, their family, their life and the choices they make.

No two clients are the same and so no therapy or session should be the same and so each session is tailored for you individually.
